Hi! I'm Dorothée Oung

I’m a passionate entrepreneur, a relentless optimist and the proud founder of We are Do. Consulting. Born in Paris to a Cambodian father and a French-Basque Béarnaise mother, my heritage fuels my interest in collective intelligence, diversity, and inclusion.

There has always been something inside me that wants to know what gives people meaning in their lives. After years of global travel and diverse work in investment, media, marketing, tourism, and hospitality, I founded Do. Consulting in Madrid in 2019.

What makes some people succeed and thrive despite difficult circumstances, while others struggle to feel creatively fulfilled? Why is a wide range of interests, talents and potential commonly viewed as a disadvantage, when it is actually a strength?
